Last day to register for 2019 Board of Directors or Officers Election

No member shall be eligible for election to the Board of Directors or any office unless his or her name, together with the names and signatures of no less than five (5) voting members, shall have been communicated to the Secretary at least ten (10) days before the election at the Annual Meeting, and who is then responsible, in a timely fashion, for E-mailing this information to the membership and posting it in a common area of the club. Each voting member’s name may be posted with at most two (2) such nominations. Candidates who provide a Candidate Statement that outlines their goals and qualifications are allowed to post their statements ten (10) days prior to the Annual Meeting.
